We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (the “PDPA”). 2. Categories of Personal Data, Purpose, Legal Basis and Retention Period

We only process personal data that we strictly need to achieve the stated purpose. We process personal data for the following purposes:

Accounting Records

We process personal data of clients or other persons recorded in the accounting system to the extent of title, first name, surname, address for invoicing purposes, bank account number, payment data, phone number, e-mail for the purpose of keeping accounts and fulfilling obligations arising from the Accounting Act and other relevant legal regulations. The legal basis is compliance with legal obligations. Accounting documents are retained for 10 years.

Contact Form

We process personal data of enquirers to the extent of first name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, subject of the message for the purpose of receiving and handling your inquiry. The legal basis for processing this personal data is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual relations (e.g. request for a price offer, cooperation request or request for detailed specification of goods and services provided). Personal data is retained for 1 year.

Client Reviews

We process personal data of clients who provided a review to the extent of title, first name, surname, e-mail, phone number, subject of the review for the purpose of publishing the review on the Controller’s website and on social networks. This personal data is processed for 5 years. The client may withdraw consent at any time by sending an e-mail notice.

3. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data that we process as a controller and as a processor may be disclosed solely to our associates who provide administrative and technical support for website operation, or to our subcontractors in case that method of service delivery is used. To other entities only for compliance with legal obligations. We do not publish, make accessible, or provide your personal data to any other entities except in situations described below:

5. Method of Processing Personal Data

Personal data is processed in electronic and paper form. We do not use any means of automated individual decision-making.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

The GDPR grants you certain rights through which you can influence how we process your personal data. Not all rights can be exercised under all circumstances. You must base this on the legal basis for the processing of personal data.

a) Right of Access

You have the right to know whether we process your personal data. If we do, you may request access to the data. Based on your request, we will issue a confirmation containing information about the processing of your personal data by our company.

b) Right to Rectification

You have the right to have your personal data that we process be correct, complete and up to date. If it is incorrect or outdated, you can ask us to correct or supplement it. We will perform the correction without undue delay considering technical possibilities.

c) Right to Erasure

You have the right, under certain circumstances, to have your personal data erased. You may request erasure at any time. We will erase your personal data if:

  • we no longer need it for the purpose for which you provided it;
  • you withdraw your consent;
  • you object to the processing of your personal data;
  • we process your personal data unlawfully;
  • the personal data must be erased to fulfil a legal obligation;
  • you are a child, or the parent of a child who consented to the processing of personal data over the internet;

d) Right to Restrict Processing

You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If we comply, we will store your data but will not otherwise process it further. Restriction will occur if:

  • you inform us that it is incorrect, until we verify its accuracy;
  • we process it unlawfully, but you do not agree to erasure and instead request restriction;
  • we no longer need it, but you need it to prove, exercise or defend your rights;
  • you object to processing until we verify whether our legitimate interests override your reasons.

e) Right to Data Portability

Since we do not process your personal data in the required electronic form, the right to data portability cannot be exercised.

f) Right to Object

In cases where we process your personal data on the legal basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object. Unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests or rights, processing will be terminated without undue delay based on your objection.

We will address all your requests and inform you of the outcome in the same manner in which you submitted the request. We will handle your request without undue delay, at the latest within 1 month of its receipt.

Your personal data is not transferred to third countries and we do not intend such transfers.
